Re: Water-Tite Plumbing Inc, De:Land, FL-I left a voicemail for the plumber to call me back to do a job. Instead of calling me back, he gave all my information without my permission to his son-where then I got ripped off. Completely unprofessional as I wanted the experienced plumber (this place) to do it, not the inexperienced son.

Awesome plumbing company! Used them on two different occasions. This review is for both experiences. I had Zack, Collin, James and Kyle come out to my house on the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing.First thing I had done was re-plumb my main water shutoff valve with a new fitting and ran piping for my new water softener system located in my garage (see picture).Next job shortly after the first was to clean up my old plumbing surrounding my well tank and well pump. They also helped me identify an issue I had with my hot water line coming off my well so it could filter properly (See picture).I would recommend Water Tite to anyone due to their promptness, professional and friendliness! Keith and his crew make a great team!

Fantastic speed, great efficiency and friendly service.We had a crack in the main supply line to our home, so we had to shut the water off overnight. I reached out to Water-Tite, and they made sure I was the first call of the day!James and Sawyer came right on time, diagnosed the issue, repaired the problem, made sure everything was in great condition, and even provided me a little extra cover for my domestic water shut off. Fantastic work - thanks James and Sawyer!

We had our house repiped, had a new water heater installed and replaced the steel tub in one of the bathrooms. The crew did a fantastic job! They were clean, quick and efficient. The city inspector even commented on how impressed they were with the work. Colin managed the project from estimate to finish, and even secured someone to come in after them for the drywall repairs. All communication was clear, never leaving us wondering what was happening and when. We’re especially grateful for the flexibility they provided to help keep costs down. I highly recommend this team.

My wife and I had moved to Deland FL a year ago and realized that we needed water treatment (taste & softener). Initially I went to one of the big box hardware store and turns out the big box subs out the material & labor!I did some research for local plumbing companies with high recommendations/reviews and companies that have been in business for at least 10-20yrs.I called Water-Tite Plumbing and started talking to Keith B about what I thought needed and Keith made suggestions. I sent him pictures of the location to install. I asked for a quote and got it by the next day.Landon and Aiden installed our system. They were very professional and made sure that we were happy! James and Sawyer arrived exactly on time. They were pleasant and got the job done; they replaced a shower cartridge. They cleaned up, I paid, and easy peasy we were done. This is the third time I’ve used this company—Collin changed out some pipes under the bathroom sinks when we moved in, because they were not properly installed. Another time they swapped out a garbage disposal. Always pleasant and efficient.

I recently bought a "new to me" 11 yo house in DeLand and realized the 11 yo hot water heater was not reliable. I did my due diligence and got three quotes. I won't name the other companies, but Collin at Water-Tite plumbling was the only friendly and professional interaction that I had. Collin took the time inspect the existing system and provide a detailed quote so I knew exactly what I was getting. The other guys just threw out a bottom line number with nothing documented. The communication and attention to detail was exceptional. On installation day, Collin and James arrived promptly, walked my wife through all they needed to do, completed the install and the walked through everything confirming what was done and what settings we could adjust. A neat, clean, proper install. Exceptional service is rare these days! Great Job guys because I did not have to follow up on any detail. Oh, I forgot to mention the price was fair as I had already done my homework. The other quotes had shot for the moon with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Water-Tite earned this 5 star review by being exceptional at every turn. Great job guys!!!

I’m from the north and have been striking out with a lot of these contractors. I finally found a plumber. These guys care about their work. No BS. They came and installed a tankless water heater, did a good job at a fair price. The workers all had good attitudes and cleaned up afterwards. Can’t go wrong with this company. I’ll call them again without hesitation.

Water Tite replaced all our old water pipes today. The crew - James, Landon, Zach, Kyle, and Collin - were awesome! They kept us informed as to what they were doing, did it quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up. My only complaint is about the Bradford White water heater they installed. The heat controls are difficult to access and to synchronize. There are no temperature marks, just a red line from "hot" to "really hot." Since synchronization is critical to electrical usage, this is a very bad sign. Online reviews for this brand are also not good. Wish I'd known this. I would have purchased a different model.

I can’t say enough about Water Tite plumbing and Collin, the tech that came out to install a new water heater. We had contacted another plumber referred by American Home Shield. They came out and said we would have to pay them $850 more than AHS was paying them. After waiting a week, not having any hot water, and not giving us a breakdown of their charges, we reached out to Water Tite. They came out the next day and in less then an hour and a half, Collin had us up and running. He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about our entire water system. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. After receiving their bill I realized that the other plumbing company was overcharging us by more then $1,200. 5 stars is not enough praise for this business. 10 star all the way!!! Keith and his crew did an entire replumb of my house. He showed up right on time for the quote. Has it ready the same day. Schedule the job and started what was believed to be a 2 day job but finished in 1 day. Zach, Kyle, James and Landon are freakin ROCK STARS. They all has a sense of professionalism and pride in the job that is hard to find. A++++++++++++

I had a serious plumbing problem and I reached out to Water Tite who responded without delay. Helpd me to understand the costs involved with the service call. James and his associate came to check out the problem. Turns out I needed a new hot water heater. James felt that he might have one back at the shop and he would reach out to me if he found it and give me a price and then come on back and install it the same day. This all took place within about 2 to 3 hours he came back and it took him another 2 to 3 hours to install it And everything is fantastic.

Based on some previous not-great information, I thought I needed 10 feet of a cast iron pipe replaced with pvc. Turned out it was closer to 40. Way off! Nonetheless, James and Kyle approached the job with enthusiasm and ultimately got it done. Great attitudes and excellent work.
