I can’t say enough about Water Tite plumbing and Collin, the tech that came out to install a new water heater. We had contacted another plumber referred by American Home Shield. They came out and said we would have to pay them $850 more than AHS was paying them. After waiting a week, not having any hot water, and not giving us a breakdown of their charges, we reached out to Water Tite. They came out the next day and in less then an hour and a half, Collin had us up and running. He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about our entire water system. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. After receiving their bill I realized that the other plumbing company was overcharging us by more then $1,200. 5 stars is not enough praise for this business. 10 star all the way!!! Keith and his crew did an entire replumb of my house. He showed up right on time for the quote. Has it ready the same day. Schedule the job and started what was believed to be a 2 day job but finished in 1 day. Zach, Kyle, James and Landon are freakin ROCK STARS. They all has a sense of professionalism and pride in the job that is hard to find. A++++++++++++

I had a serious plumbing problem and I reached out to Water Tite who responded without delay. Helpd me to understand the costs involved with the service call. James and his associate came to check out the problem. Turns out I needed a new hot water heater. James felt that he might have one back at the shop and he would reach out to me if he found it and give me a price and then come on back and install it the same day. This all took place within about 2 to 3 hours he came back and it took him another 2 to 3 hours to install it And everything is fantastic.

Based on some previous not-great information, I thought I needed 10 feet of a cast iron pipe replaced with pvc. Turned out it was closer to 40. Way off! Nonetheless, James and Kyle approached the job with enthusiasm and ultimately got it done. Great attitudes and excellent work.

A+ service and communication from the beginning! James & Kyle came the day before our re-pipe to cut the necessary holes in our walls. Before they left, they cleaned up as much as possible. The next day James and Kyle, along with Landon and Zach, came to do the re-pipe. All 4 of these guys were professional, hard-working, and very polite.Next time I need plumbing work done, I will not hesitate to call Water-Tite Plumbing!

Keith (owner) and his employees replumbed our home with PEX after we experienced multiple leaks in the original copper plumbing. They were organized and proficient. Keith's employees, James and Zach were here for the duration of the two- day job and were very professional and respectful, answering any questions we had. On second day, two additional employees were present, Landon and Kyle. All four of these young men were polite and responsive to any concerns and questions we had. Price for the job was on point. Gave Watertight Plumbing call for several small jobs. Keith responded quickly with an estimate based on my descriptions. I gave the OK and a few days later James and Zach were there. I could not recommend Water-Tite Plumbing more for any residential work you may need done. The folks at Water-Tite were knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. We needed our 1950s cast-iron sewer line replaced due to root intrusion, and Water-Tite was able to provide us with a reasonable quote the same day and answered all of my questions with patience. James, Landon, and Zach were out at my property the next week, kept in contact during the repair while my husband and I were at work, and cleaned the site up nicely afterwords. We will definitely be using and recommending Water-Tite for any plumbing needs in the future.
