I can’t say enough about Water Tite plumbing and Collin, the tech that came out to install a new water heater. We had contacted another plumber referred by American Home Shield. They came out and said we would have to pay them $850 more than AHS was paying them. After waiting a week, not having any hot water, and not giving us a breakdown of their charges, we reached out to Water Tite. They came out the next day and in less then an hour and a half, Collin had us up and running. He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about our entire water system. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. After receiving their bill I realized that the other plumbing company was overcharging us by more then $1,200. I had a serious plumbing problem and I reached out to Water Tite who responded without delay. Helpd me to understand the costs involved with the service call. James and his associate came to check out the problem. Turns out I needed a new hot water heater. James felt that he might have one back at the shop and he would reach out to me if he found it and give me a price and then come on back and install it the same day. This all took place within about 2 to 3 hours he came back and it took him another 2 to 3 hours to install it And everything is fantastic.
